The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

COSTA MESA

* 16th Place: Loud music was reported in the 200 block at 1:10 a.m. Sunday.

FULLERTON

* East Ash Avenue: A disturbance was reported in the 300 block at 6:05 p.m. Sunday involving a 17-year-old holding a knife and threatening to do something with it. No one was reported injured.

GARDEN GROVE

* Hewitt Street: A Garden Grove man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and attempted rape in the 8800 block at 2 a.m. on Thursday.

LA HABRA

* State College Boulevard: An auto theft was reported in the 200 block at 6:42 p.m. Sunday.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Kempton Drive: A report of vandalism in 3600 block at 8:18 a.m. A rock was reportedly thrown through a garage window.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Blue Water Drive: A cellular phone valued at $100 was stolen from an unlocked car in the 2600 block at 3:30 a.m. Friday.

SEAL BEACH

* Main Street: A stolen Harley Davidson motorcycle was reported at Clancy’s bar at 1:50 p.m. Sunday.

TUSTIN

* Impala Drive: An abandoned vehicle was found in the 18200 block at 9:58 a.m. Monday.

* Wass Street: Vandalism was reported in the 1000 block at 8:18 a.m. Monday.

* Livingston Street: A petty theft was reported in the 14700 block at 7:23 p.m. Sunday.

VILLA PARK

* Joshusa Tree Circle: A report of a narcotics violation in the 18700 block at 9:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, La Palma, Orange, Placentia, Santa Ana, Westminster and Yorba Linda.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department makes incident reports available on the Web. Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click on “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the cities of Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton and Villa Park, as well as the county’s unincorporated areas.
