The Planning Commission will debate several residential construction projects tonight.
Commissioners will consider a request to reduce the required setback by three feet for a one-story room addition to a single-family home at 29341 Las Cruces. The minimum setback is 10 feet.
A request to build a 10,600-square-foot, custom single-family home at 4 Point Catalina in the Bear Brand Ranch neighborhood also will be considered.
The plan includes a 460-square-foot partially attached pool house and a 760-square-foot guest home above a proposed three-car garage. The commission will meet at 7 p.m. in the council chamber at City Hall, 27841 La Paz Road.
