The Community Services Department is offering an eight-hour class on safe-driving techniques Monday and Tuesday from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. The class costs $10 and will take place at the cultural arts and recreation center, 7800 Katella Ave. Participants will be eligible for a discount on their insurance.
