SAN CLEMENTE
The operators of the Rancho RV Storage Park have agreed to send out letters to its tenants advising them of the park’s imminent closure, city officials said.
The letter would satisfy a City Council requirement that the park operator notify its tenants of the Sept. 1 close date--mandated because the operators never applied for city permits for the business.
The park, on the corner of Avenida Fabricante and Calle Extremo in the Rancho San Clemente Business Park, moved to the site from San Juan Capistrano in June.
