* Young Musicians--The Conejo Valley Youth Orchestra will present its Students in Recital performance June 8 at 7 p.m. at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza’s Scherr Forum, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. $11.50 general; $6.50 students and children. 449-2787.

* Benefit--The second annual Great Conejo Duck Race will be held June 11 at Westlake Lake. Sponsor a rubber duck in the race for $5 or get a “six-quack” for $25. * Voices--The Ventura Master Chorale will stage a world premiere by composer Miguel del Aguila on June 11 at the San Buenaventura Mission in downtown Ventura.
