THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

Share

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Wednesday:

FULLERTON

* East Orangethorpe Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 200 block at 9:48 p.m. Wednesday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Cellini Avenue: A report of an assault with a deadly weapon in the 9300 block at 8:48 a.m. Saturday. While a man was receiving services from a prostitute, her pimp was attempting to steal property from the man’s apartment. When the man attempted to stop the pimp, he was struck in the head with a bottle. The pimp then grabbed a baseball bat and struck the man several more times before fleeing with jewelry.
