ANAHEIM
The Planning Commission on Monday narrowly approved a 294,632-square-foot strip mall at Lemon and Durst streets. Commissioners voted 4 to 2 to approve the project, which will include a home improvement store, a health club, drive-through and full-service restaurants and an office building.
