DANA POINT
The Chamber of Commerce is scheduled to hold its monthly board meeting today. The 16-member board will discuss participation in a couple of upcoming events, including the presentation of an Ethics in America Award to Jim Miller of Coffee Importers.
The chamber also will be contacting businesses that will be affected by a Dana Point sign ordinance. Some businesses have been cited for not conforming to the law. The cost of the new signs is a financial hardship for many businesses.
Wednesday’s meeting is open to the public. The meeting will take place at the Meridian, 24582 Del Prado, across from the Dana Point post office.
