FULLERTON
Students at Acacia Elementary School will celebrate the history of the Golden State through music and dance today in the performance, “California’s Pageant.”
Fourth-graders from six classrooms will put on the show, which is the result of combining school lessons in social studies and language arts to provide an entertaining and historical retrospective.
Student actors, parent volunteers and teachers have worked to describe this state’s history using music and dance.
Three shows will be held for parents at 9 and 10:15 a.m. and 7 p.m. at 1200 N. Acacia Ave. Information: (714) 447-7700.
