* NoHo International Theater & Arts Festival, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and June 25, along Lankershim and Magnolia boulevards. Highlights include free theatrical performances; continuous entertainment on four outdoor stages; children’s activities, including a bilingual interactive variety show, magic, music and face painting; behind-the-scenes virtual tour of the television industry in exhibits manned by some of television’s top professionals; demonstrations by stunt actors; skydivers; soap opera stars; “Wheel of Fortune” contestant recruitment; arts exhibit; international food, and the chance to get your “call sheet” stamped at every booth. * Universal City Station will host Universal Studios Hollywood celebrity characters available for photos from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and June 25.

* Parking lots opening at both Valley stations on Saturday. Universal City station will initially have 250 spaces. North Hollywood station will have more than 800 spaces.
