Hillary’s Not the One Trashing ‘Family Values’
As a married woman and mother of two, I am amused by Laura Ingraham and her pathetic attempts to paint Hillary Rodham Clinton as failing to uphold “family values” (“Hillary and Pillory,” June 9). Apparently, Ms. Ingraham and her conservative buddies just can’t stand it that throughout her husband’s presidency, especially during the impeachment dog-and-pony show, Hillary behaved with unfailing class and dignity as a married woman and a parent. She has kept her family together--while Ingraham’s conservative male counterparts in the House and Senate, the “family values” cadre, were busily disposing of their used wives. What delicious irony!
