Phoenix Media to Purchase Mitchell Travel Service

Phoenix Media Group Ltd. in Burbank has agreed to buy Mitchell Travel Service Inc., which operates Burbank Travel and Cruise Center, for $1 million. The transaction includes all of Mitchell Travel Service’s authorized and issued stock.
