LAKE FOREST
Recent field inspections by city workers have shown that a new storm drain can be constructed around Landisview Avenue and Bellgreen Place, an area prone to flooding even during small storms, to connect it to the Aliso Creek Channel to improve drainage. The city will present its storm drain improvement project at a public meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
