Fujita USA purchased 808 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica for $20 million. The four-story office building was sold during a court-supervised bidding process. The building had been owned by a partnership that included Fujita. Madison Partners represented the building’s trustee.

* Garden Grove-based Abbey Co. acquired the 116,000-square-foot, 7.6-acre Upland Freeway Center, a home furnishings-oriented shopping center on West 7th Street between Mountain and Central avenues in Upland, for $9.3 million from Meyer Properties. Steven Halterman of National Bancorp represented the seller. Abbey Co. represented itself.

* Pacific West Management has purchased an 81,250-square-foot industrial building in Industry for $3.2 million. The buyer was represented by Jack Cline of Lee & Associates. The seller, the Norris Foundation, was represented by Craig Phillips, of the same brokerage.

* Hogan Automotive Group Inc. acquired the 60,000-square-foot, five-acre Automotive Center at 508 Auto Center Drive in Claremont from Arnold Schlessinger of Beverly Hills for more than $3 million. The seller was represented by Bobby Bedi of Sperry Van Ness. The buyer was represented by Bedi and Jack Ghazarian.

* Matt and Karry Plaskoff of Matt Plaskoff Construction bought the 9,720-square-foot Willy Leon Building, a combination office and retail building at 19301 Ventura Blvd. in Tarzana, for $1.3 million from Willy Leon. The buyer was represented by David Greenhut of Marcus & Millichap. The seller was represented by David Hirth of Remax.

* Pharmavite Corp. signed a 10-year, $15-million lease for approximately 59,000 square feet of office space at the Centre at Harman International Business Campus, a new three-story, 127,000-square-foot office building at 8510 Balboa Blvd., Northridge. Mark Leonard of Trammell Crow represented the landlord, Northridge Business Center. Eric L. Olofson and Satoru Jo of Cushman Realty Corp. represented Pharmavite. Pharmavite is expected to move to the site in September.
