A new day-care center will be allowed to open in the 5800 block of Corporate Avenue, the City Council decided Monday.
The center, which can hold as many as 120 children, plans to provide shuttle services to parents who work in the nearby Cypress Business Park. Shuttles will also run to and from local elementary schools.
