Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival (Cal Lutheran University, Kingsmen Park, 60 W. Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks, 493-3455). The fourth annual festival commences this weekend. “Romeo and Juliet” plays Fri.-Sun., July 17-9 and 21-23. “The Taming of the Shrew” will play July 14-16, 28-30 and Aug. 4-6. Seabee Museum (Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, 982-5191).
