The city will host “Fireworks Spectacular 2000,” beginning at 9 p.m. Tuesday at Bellis Park, 7171 8th St. The Moonlight Express Band will play swing music to open festivities at 6:30 p.m. Families are welcome to picnic during the fireworks show, and food and drinks will be available.
