VILLA PARK
A group of Cerro Villa Middle School seventh-graders took first place Saturday at the Destination ImagiNation competition with their “Eggsploration” project. The competition promotes team-based problem-solving.
The team had to move five eggs through an obstacle course without breaking them and then create two additional obstacles that were judged for their originality, creativity and difficulty. The team will advance to the state finals at UC Davis on April 1.
