Internet Business International Inc., a Newport Beach online service provider that operates LA Internet at https://www.lainet.com, said Monday that it has acquired the company that markets Alltel Cellular services in Los Angeles.

Allstates Communications Inc. markets in 16 states. LA Internet offers high-speed Internet access through digital subscriber lines.
