A response to the county’s environmental impact report for the proposed El Toro airport by Leisure World’s board of directors will be presented today during the board’s monthly meeting.

Golden Rain Foundation President Bob Ring also will report on leasing a new space for the administration building. He will discuss funding and the development process for the Gate 12 West project, a multimillion-dollar, multipurpose facility.

The open meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. in the administration building’s boardroom, 23522 Paseo de Valencia.
