The Police Department, in conjunction with Neighborhood Watch Inc., will license bicycles Saturday from 8 a.m to noon at police headquarters, 7792 Walker St. The drive is an effort to stop bike theft in the city. Cost to register is $2 per bicycle. Licenses are valid for two years. Information: (714) 690-3370.
