Three civic leaders will be honored for their contributions to the community at the sixth annual Tapestry of Garden Grove event March 25.

Pat Halberstadt of the Girls and Boys Club, Alice Rumbaugh of Pacifica High School and Tom Kim of the Sister City Assn. and the Korean Festival are this year’s Tapestry Award recipients.

The event celebrates the diversity of the community with a multiethnic buffet and an evening of entertainment. Dinner begins at 6 p.m. at the Community Center, 11300 Stanford Ave. Tickets are $20 or $10 for children with proceeds going to the Sister City Assn. Information: (714) 530-9637.
