The Villa Park Picnic Committee will hold an organizational meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Serrano Water District, 18021 E. Lincoln St. Picnic founder Rich Freschi is seeking community members to take part in planning the annual celebration. The picnic will take place at Irvine Lake on June 11.
