A second new Web site is targeting the fast-growing business-to-business niche.

Oinke.com, based in Irvine, promises to match business owners in need of loans with potential lenders, much in the same way that online mortgage sites match home buyers with lenders.

The company specializes in business and commercial real estate loans from $500,000 to $500 million, according to Chairman Thomas Markel, who also runs a private investment firm.

Would-be borrowers can anonymously post their financial needs at the company’s Web site; lenders then submit bids to win the business in an auction-like setting.
