Ellen Barkin, who co-stars in the upcoming movie “Crime + Punishment in Suburbia,” has listed her Beverly Hills-area home at just under $2 million.

The Emmy-winning actress co-starred in the HBO movie “Mercy,” which premiered in February, and portrayed the mother of a beauty contestant, played by Kirsten Dunst, in last summer’s movie “Drop Dead Gorgeous.”

Barkin is engaged to Revlon mogul Ronald O. Perelman, and she has split her time for months between L.A. and New York, where the billionaire has a home.

Barkin, 45, filed for divorce in May from actor Gabriel Byrne; Perelman, 56, has been involved in a custody battle with his ex-wife, Patricia Duff.

Barkin has owned her Beverly Hills-area home for several years. Built in 1941, the Cape Cod-style house has been remodeled, and Barkin has redecorated.

The house has three bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, three fireplaces, rolling lawns and a pool.

Ed Fitz of Nourmand & Associates, Beverly Hills, has the listing.

Actress Nana Visitor and her actor-director husband, Alexander Siddig, have sold their Los Feliz home of three years for about its $1.1-million asking price, and are moving to New York.

The buyers are Adam Shapiro, senior vice president of USA Network Original Movies, and his wife, Angelique. They’ve listed their former home in the Hollywood Hills at about $1.4 million.

Visitor, 42, has been on tour with the stage musical “Chicago,” playing Roxie Hart. From 1993 to 1999, she played Maj. Kira Nerys, and Siddig, 34, played Dr. Julian Bahir on the syndicated sci-fi series “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.”

The Mediterranean-style, 4,000-square-foot house, built in 1928, has four bedrooms, a pool and city views.
