* 1/2 Drag-On, “Opposite of H20,” Ruff Ryders/Interscope. The debut album from this Ruff Ryder (in stores Tuesday) seems to be full of leftovers. Superior production went to his comrades DMX and Eve, while Drag-On himself apparently gave his better performances on other artists’ songs. He attempts to sound intimidating--a la DMX--but his torpid voice and less-than-stellar writing skills derail that mission. Without verbal punch and the typical sonic force backing the Ruff Ryders, Drag-On flounders.
