* Rockwell has recognized William E. Tennant as Engineer of the Year, the company’s highest honor for technical achievement. Tennant is a principal scientist for imaging research at Rockwell Science Center in Thousand Oaks.

He was selected for the award for his contributions in the research and development of infrared imaging devices.

* The Rockwell Science Center has named Neelam Duggal, manager of accounting services, as its 1999 Administrator of the Year. Duggal was selected for her leadership in the recent implementation of a new financial system for the facility.

The center, in Thousand Oaks, is an industrial research and development laboratory doing work for Rockwell’s businesses, the U.S. government and various commercial customers.

* Attorney Douglas E. Kulper, with the Ventura law firm of Ferguson, Case, Orr, Paterson & Cunningham, has been named president of the CPA/Law Forum. The group is a Ventura County association of attorneys, certified public accountants and financial planners.

Kulper’s law practice focuses on business and real estate litigation. He is also a certified public accountant.

* Jerry R. Smith has been named manager and broker of California Autoworld in Westlake Village. Smith, who has worked in the automobile industry for 15 years, was executive vice president of Nesen Motor Car Co. in Thousand Oaks.

California Autoworld leases and sells new and used cars.

* Beverly P. Fuentes, president of the Pierpont Group of Ventura, and Marge Cragle, president of Cragle & Associates in Oxnard, were presented “Gold Consultant” awards for outstanding sales achievement from Carlson Learning Co.

Carlson, based in Minneapolis, publishes educational resources in the areas of personal development and performance improvement.

* Los Robles Bancorp, which operates Los Robles Bank in Thousand Oaks, has promoted three people to management positions.

Priscilla Jewell has been appointed vice president and chief operations officer; Karen Kennamer, assistant program director of the cash flow maximizer department, has been named an assistant vice president, and Diane Stackhouse, a business loan officer, was also promoted to assistant vice president.
