* Three executives jointly announced that they are resigning from Entertaindom.com, a Web site of Warner Bros. in Burbank. Jim Moloshok, chief executive and president; Jim Banister, executive vice president and chief officer; and Jeff Weiner, senior vice president and chief operating officer, will continue to provide consulting services to Warner Bros. New Media while pursuing opportunities in digital media and entertainment.

Entertaindom.com is an entertainment site that offers original made-for-online programming.

* GreatDomains.com announced three executives are joining the company. Charles Bretana Jr. has been hired as director of technology, Sean Downey will be vice president of marketing and communications, and Chris Polos will be vice president of business development.

GreatDomains.com buys and sells domain names and develops Web sites.

* Keith Gorham has been promoted to senior vice president of industrial relations at Universal Studios in Universal City. He will supervise labor relations, including negotiating all collective bargaining contracts for the company.

* Disney Imagineering has promoted two executives to top posts. Don Goodman will be executive vice president of Walt Disney Imagineering, and Eric Hazeltine becomes vice president of Walt Disney Imagineering Research and Development.

* Robert Patterson has been promoted to executive vice president at City National Bank in Sherman Oaks. Patterson oversees commercial banking and agribusiness for the Ventura County and San Fernando Valley regions.

City National Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of City National Corp., a public company with $8.4 billion in assets. The bank’s trust and investment division administers $15 billion in assets.
