The City Council will consider proposals Thursday that will expand Rancho Santa Margarita Ford and bring a new Honda dealership to the Auto Center on Santa Margarita Parkway.
Family Honda is proposing a 10-acre facility that will include a 20,000-square-foot showroom, a 10,500-square-foot service center and a 9,200-square-foot waiting room and recreation area.
The proposed recreation area will contain a full-size enclosed basketball court, a virtual reality golf game, a batting cage and an outdoor patio area.
Rancho Santa Margarita Ford is proposing to expand its office and sales space by 3,906 square feet.
