A community forum tonight will address the issue of overcrowding in residences. Local politicians are expected to attend, and representatives from neighborhood associations, including ComLink and Community Oriented Policing, are sponsoring the discussion. Their main priority is to change the current state occupancy guidelines to allow fewer people in one dwelling unit. The forum is at 7 p.m. in City Council chambers.
