The City Council this week approved a $25,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of the killer of a 29-year-old Huntington Beach woman.
Bridgette Elizabeth Ballas was found lying by the curb in the 900 block of Huntington Street in November. She was last seen walking back to her apartment after spending the night with friends downtown.
