The Police Department will hold its 13th annual Police Memorial Ceremony today from 5 to 6 p.m. at Memorial Plaza, 11301 Acacia Parkway. The ceremony will honor the five Garden Grove officers who have been killed in the line of duty and their surviving families. Information: (714) 741-5898.
