The city will hold a public hearing at 7 tonight to review a proposal for design guidelines that regulate the color, materials and shape of new commercial and residential projects. How signs and landscaping should look also will be discussed.
The goal is to set the tone for “high-quality” construction, city planner Amy Wolfe said.
