During a public hearing this week, the City Council agreed to consider architectural design guidelines for certain commercial properties along Beach Boulevard between Crescent Avenue and the Buena Park/Anaheim boundary. The goal is to maintain property values in the area and promote commercial development, according to a Planning Commission report.
