Members of the Brea Planning Commission have approved dividing into two parcels an 18-acre site owned by Bristol Industries at 630 E. Lambert St.
Planners also approved modification of off-street parking requirements in the area.
Bristol Industries said it seeks to use the northern part, now vacant, for future development. Dividing the property gives the company the flexibility to sell the second parcel, company officials told the commission.
