Meetings Set on Proposed School Sites

The Los Angeles Unified School District is conducting a series of community meetings to discuss locations of 98 new schools proposed in its building program.
The plan includes 45 primary centers, 26 elementary schools, seven middle schools, 16 high schools and four continuation high schools. Here are this week’s meetings:
Date: Thursday
Time: 6 p.m.
Location: Jefferson New Middle School, 644 E. 56th St., Los Angeles
Proposed Project: Jefferson Elementary School No. 7
Date: Thursday
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: Noble Elementary School, 83295 Noble Ave., North Hills
Proposed Project: Monroe Primary Center No. 3 and Noble Primary Center
