The U.S. and the government of Aruba suspended operating licenses for Air Aruba, which stopped flights because of financial problems last month, stranding hundreds of tourists on the Caribbean island. Aruba officials chartered air service, and some airlines added flights to make up for the lost service. . . . The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority has a new Web address, https://vegasfreedom.com, with live shots of the Strip and an online Vegas merchandise store, plus hotel listings, weather, events calendar and other facts.
