The Rossmoor/Los Alamitos Area Sewer District announced earlier this week that Ann Crafton will replace Sandra Montez, who has retired, as the department’s general manager.
Crafton leaves her position as the director of finance and marketing for the Educational Development Specialists company in Lakewood. She lives in the Seal Beach community of College Park East with her husband, Keith, and their two daughters.
