Having Martin Sheen speak at Vista Del Mar drug treatment center is like having the school voucher initiative author speak at a PTA meeting.
This man was the poster boy for the anti-Proposition 36 interests, vested interests who feel that jail is the solution to addiction.
Sheen’s money and position enabled multiple treatments and legal dream teams to assist his son with his disease. Does he really feel that the average addict is able to escape long jail sentences and go to the Betty Ford Clinic?
Vista Del Mar, get real. Shame on you.
