Wolpe to Lead Cast in a Performance of ‘Two by Two’

Broadway veteran Lenny Wolpe heads the cast in Musical Theatre Guild’s Broadway in Concert performance of “Two by Two,” the comic retelling of the tale of Noah, at the Pasadena Playhouse on Dec. 4 at 7:30 p.m.
Based on “The Flowering Peach,” by Clifford Odets, the seldom-seen show features music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Martin Charnin and book by Peter Stone.
Wolpe, who plays Noah, is joined by Matt Ashford, Christina Saffran Ashford, Karen Culliver, Ira Denmark, Marsha Kramer and Randy Kravis. The production will be presented in a staged reading format with live orchestra.
