* Light Opera--The Santa Barbara Civic Light Opera will open “Oliver!” Friday at the Granada Theatre. * Silent Film--UC Santa Barbara’s Arts & Lectures on Tuesday will present a screening of Rupert Julian’s classic silent film “The Phantom of the Opera” on campus at Campbell Hall. The 1925 movie starred Lon Chaney and Mary Philbin. The screening will be accompanied live by music of composer Michael Mortilla. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.; screening, 7:30 p.m. $5-$6. 893-3535.
