TODAY
* Closed: Schools and all city, county and state offices, courts and libraries. Some federal offices may be open.
* Open: Post offices, banks and many businesses.
* Transportation: Metrolink trains and MTA lines will have regular service.
* Trash: Pickup will be Saturday for residents whose trash pickup usually falls on Friday.
