Sheriff’s Department Seeks 4 People Wanted on Warrants

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking for help in locating four people wanted for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Rachel Ann Feller, 30, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of sales of a controlled substance. She last lived in the 4100 block of Angela Street in Simi Valley.

She is white, 5 feet 6, 127 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. She also has a heart tattoo on her left hand, a cross on her left hand and a Tasmanian devil on her back.

Gerald Keith Taylor, 22, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for possessing a control substance. He last worked in construction and lived in the 1900 block of Rialto Street in Oxnard.

He is black, 5 feet 10, 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Elmer Milton Ellis, 35, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for possessing a controlled substance when he was arrested in the Ojai area recently for allegedly possessing guns and explosive devices. Authorities consider Ellis armed and dangerous.

He is white, 6 feet 1, 175 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He last worked in construction and last lived in the La Colonia neighborhood in Oxnard.

Robert Ambrose Flores, 36, allegedly violated the terms of his probation on a conviction for committing theft with a prior conviction. He last lived in the 800 block of Jane Drive in Port Hueneme.

He is Latino, 6 feet 2, 215 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information should call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 494-TALK or 385-TALK. There is a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
