Former Artisan Executive to Head Catch 23 Entertainment

Jeremy Barber has been named president of Los Angeles-based film production company Catch 23 Entertainment. A former Artisan Entertainment executive, Barber will implement Catch 23’s previously announced plan of producing three to five pictures a year. In addition, Barber will start a talent management company that Catch 23 will help to finance.

* El Segundo-based DeCrane Aircraft has named Steve Tepper vice president of market development in its Cabin Management Group. He will be responsible for the marketing of the group’s products and services to both the fractional ownership segment and the retrofit segment of the market.

* IBenefits, an El Segundo-based application service provider specializing in Web-based employee benefits management software, said Kevin Keegan has joined the company as senior vice president of special projects. A longtime insurance executive, he will be responsible for developing business opportunities and relationships with the insurance carrier market.

* Culver City-based entertainment-on-demand broadband network Intertainer has tapped Carl Segal as vice president of production. A veteran entertainment production manager, Segal will manage day-to-day operations of Intertainer’s production department.

* Pittard Sullivan, an entertainment marketing communications firm, has named Susan Hall vice president and director of finance. A former office administrator for McDermott, Will & Emery law firm, Hall will be based in Culver City.
