WESTMINSTER
An anonymous donor gave $1,000 to the Westminster School District’s music department to buy and repair instruments.
The donor had “fond memories of the outstanding music program offered by the Westminster School District,” according to a staff report from last week’s school board meeting.
Board members decided to postpone a vote on an application for $162,000 from the state for the district’s English Learner Acquisition Program to their Oct. 19 meeting.
