Got a gripe about the Riverside Freeway?
State Assemblyman Rod Pacheco (R-Riverside) will visit the city next week to promote his plan to buy the 91 Express Lanes and open them for public use. He will also invite questions and comments about the local freeway system during his appearance at a community meeting of the Organization of Unified Concerned Homeowners beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Yorba Linda Library, 18181 Imperial Highway.
