Trio-Tech Announces It Won’t Purchase KeyTek

Trio-Tech International of San Fernando said it will not pursue the acquisition of KeyTek, a business division of Thermo-Electron Corp.

Trio-Tech cited current uncertainty in global electronics markets for the change in strategy.

Trio-Tech designs and sells equipment and systems used in the manufacture and testing of semiconductors.
