GG Glenoaks Buys Sun Valley Complex

GG Glenoaks Investments of Los Angeles has purchased a 75,000-square-foot complex on Glenoaks Boulevard in Sun Valley for $4 million, according to Delphi Business Properties in Van Nuys, which represented both G&G; Business Centre, the seller and the buyer.

Delphi Business Properties specializes in industrial real estate in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas.
