* Country--Noon: Clay Davidson worked as a singer on demo records in Nashville when he got his big break and a record contract. A performance by the singer-songwriter this summer in Los Angeles will be shown at https://www.hob.com/live/events.

* Classical music--2:30 a.m.: Insomniacs who love Aaron Copland are in for a treat. BBC radio is kicking off a series of broadcasts honoring Copland with a 3 1/2-hour program of music that influenced the great American composer, plus a few early works by the honoree. https://www.bbc.co.uk/radio3
