Syncor International’s Profits Rise by $3.1 Million

Syncor International Corp., Woodland Hills, reported net income of $6.3 million for the third quarter that ended Sept. 30, compared with $3.2 million for the third quarter last year. Net sales for the quarter rose 18.2% to $155.5 million from $131.5 million.

Syncor provides high-technology health-care services including nuclear pharmaceuticals, medical imaging and radiotherapy products.
